Rev. Erin Sloan Jackson is a lifelong United Methodist, happily married to Dennis, and mom to four incredible kids. Erin is passionate about pastoral self-care, creating art, and coaching youth ministers. She is a certified youth minister, serves in young adult ministry, and will be commissioned as a Deacon this June.
Charles W. Harrison is the CEO of CircuitWriter Media LLC and The Center For Youth Ministry Excellence. He is an active blogger on several platforms. He spends most weeks teaching and coaching Youthworkers across the nation as well as consulting with local churches in order to assess their youth programs using a systems approach in order to build a Wesleyan model of youth ministry. He stay anchored in the life of a local church as a volunteer Youthworker at FUMC Wichita Falls, Texas. In his spare time he writes curriculum and serves as the Board Chair of Proyecto Abrigo - a mission to build homes for families living in cardboard houses in Juarez, Mexico.
Audrua Welch Malvaez is a youth worker from Houston, TX. She currently lives and serves in the DFW area with her husband and two dogs. When she isn't hanging out with students or writing about sex positive youth ministry, Audrua sings barbershop, quilts, and follows the Boston Bruins hockey team.
Cody Bauman, is a Veteran Youth Worker from Corpus Christi, Texas. A 10 year veteran of full-time youth ministry, Eric was recently commissioned as a Deacon in the UMC and is working toward ordination. A native Ohioan, Eric now lives and serves in the Houston area, and is appointed as the Associate Pastor for Youth, Young Adults and Families to Strawbridge United Methodist Church. Eric has an MTS from SMU and a BS from The Ohio State University. He loves talking science and theology. Eric loves empowering youth to live out their faith as they discover their identify in Christ.
Jeremy serves as the Next Generation Minister at Christ UMC in Mobile, AL. He oversees ministry to teens, young adults and young families, leads an evening worship service, and teaches throughout the church.
In addition to his "day job," he spends a good bit of time writing for online and print publications, and writing curriculum for different publishers. He also travels as a speaker and ministry trainer.

I graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Business Management.
