Let us work for the good of all!
SURGE into Missions gives youth groups the opportunity to serve others while experiencing dynamic worship and relevant programming. Our theme this summer is Galatians 6:9-10:
“So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up. So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us work for the good of all, and especially for those of the family of faith.”
Through our small group time, youth will discover how serving impacts their relationships with others. While serving with your youth group on mission projects, you’ll grow closer to one another and realize how God can use your gifts to help others. Your group will also get to know other youth from all over the southeast as we place them in small groups (called Living Groups) with other youth their age. You’ll get to hear from some pretty great speakers while you’re here, as well as from our summer staff of seriously talented college students throughout our worship and gathering sessions.
We offer both weekend sessions for $250 (Thursday evening – Sunday morning) and week sessions for $350 (Sunday evening – Thursday morning). We like to give youth leaders the choice to make the trip fit your group’s needs. You can choose a session where your group will work every day on a site, or just one day. Also, you can add in some time to take your group rafting or on a canopy tour through the discounted rates Lake Junaluska has secured just for you.
We have several special deals for you. Register your group by March 12th & receive a free youth leader registration or refer a group of 10 or more and you can also receive a free leader registration. (Sorry, only one free leader registration per group.) All groups who register by May 1st will also get free t-shirts!
